With packing out being a nightmare, find a place to live, without being there is a bigger nightmare. A friend recommended Trista and the hunting got so much easier. I provided my preferences, we spoke on whatsapp, she found properties and once I confirmed my interest, she set up video walk throughs for each property to include the neighborhood. Trista coordinated the question/answer with the seller's agent. She arranged for a great home inspector, who offered me a free instructional walk through, upon my return/move in. My first actual walk through before closing, was scary as I purchased a house unseen. The house was as she described and my weariness was stripped away.
